Need a change

This template is horrible however in my opinion it looks better then the others though I want to change it. I looked around on google searching "blog template designs in HTML" and I search a few other things within that same category but everything I got didn't work something with the HTML not being well-formed and/or it wanted me to download the template which I did download one. I want to get a good template one in which would fit in with my blog/style, etc. If anyone could let me know how to do it or where to get a good working template for blogger that would be awesome.
